Lloyds bank sees spike in demand from small businesses


Lloyds bank staff have told the BTU trade union that they are putting in 18-hour days to keep up with demand from small business owners trying to save their businesses. They have also reported fears over measures taken to clean offices when staff self-isolate after showing coronavirus symptoms. However, most staff are now working from home, and have said that senior managers are being supportive.
